Now, the addition of actor SJ Suryah to play the antagonist in the movie. In a recent YouTube interview, Suryah revealed that he will be a part of a big-budgeted project and soon after, reports started surfacing that he will be seen in ‘Indian 2’.

Indian 2 update: Kamal Haasan has been giving updates to his fans about ‘Indian 2’ by sharing some behind-the-scene pictures. Sharing the pictures with the action design team, he wrote, “Verb. With the Indian 2 action design team #bulletactiondesign #indian2.” In the pictures, the crew of the film can be seen wearing a t-shirt with the poster of Indian 2 printed on it.
SJ Suryah to Join the Cast
According to reports, Suryah has already wrapped up shooting for ‘Indian 2’ and will be seen locking horns with Kamal Haasan in the film. The makers are expected to make an official announcement soon. ‘Indian 2’ stars Kamal Haasan, Vivek, Rakul Preet, Siddharth, Kajal Aggarwal and Priya Bhavani Shankar, among others.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Rakul Preet spoke about her experience of working with Kamal Haasan and called him a legend. She said, “It was very exciting. I mean, Kamal Haasan sir is an institution in himself. And, I feel very lucky that I’ve gotten an opportunity to work with him. You know, Kamal sir, Amit ji – these guys are institutions.
They are films. The Indian cinema belongs to them. They have been there for so long. Out of the 100 years of Indian cinema, they’ve been there for so long – 60 years I think – both of them. It’s just amazing. It just inspires you that there are no shortcuts to success. You have to be driven and you have to be so passionate about your work. Because that’s the only way you can reach that kind of a legendary state.”
