CSK vs GT final match: The IPL 2023 Final between Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad was initially scheduled to take place on Sunday, May 28.
But it was postponed to reserve day (Monday, May 29) due to persistent rains. However, the weather forecast for the reserve day (Monday, May 29) looks promising, with mostly sunny conditions and very little chance of rain.
The overall forecast for the day, according to AccuWeather states “Mostly cloudy with a thunderstorm in spots this afternoon”. The chance of thunderstorms is at 24% and there is only a prediction for around half an hour or 30 minutes of rain. 10 am IST: Mostly sunny and extremely humid with a maximum temperature of 31^o C. There is also a cloud cover of 21%.
CSK vs GT final match: If both a full 20-over-a-side game and a curtailed five-overs-a-side game are not possible, the rules state that a ‘Super Over’ starting at the cut-off time of 12:56 am (Tuesday, May 30) can decide the winner. But, as things stand, we will witness a full match, as the weather seems to be in our favor.
The toss will take place at 7 PM IST and the match will commence at 7:30 PM IST. Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s CSK and Hardik Pandya’s GT are all set for the title showdown, and fans are eagerly awaiting the crowning of the champion.
